High empaths are always using it, both deliberately and indeliberately, mid empaths realized they could use it in childhood before their first major repressed memory cuts them off and they're stuck engaging with people on the conscious level, hopefully by now they've done enough semi-conscious work ensuring they remain isolated from the majority of these people, this one you don't speak to you don't look at you don't remember. It takes about a week to a month to forget all the work you've done, now you're just entering the world of the normals, now you're pretty defenseless towards your parents, oh well now you're one of them.
It's basically telepathy, it's within the natural interconnection. If you have something compartmentalized well enough you can just send it. God will assist you.
It's actually very easy to trigger, even if you're not an empath. "Hey do you have any repressed memories relating to child rape? I bet it was your father, I bet it was when you didn't come into school for a week or two." Or... "Hey do you have a thought looping disorder?" They turn their head and say "No..." and now you're looking at semi-conscious them. If you want... They're pretty much locked semi-conscious, you can pretty much have them as long as you need them.
In here you can... Play with perceptual filters, you can play with thinking habits, you can play with thought looping, technically you can kill them even if they don't have anything to thought loop over you can sit there adding repressed memory after repressed memory until no sedative in the world would ever put them to sleep. This is what America uses to make people believe Barrack Obama is Osama Hussien and haters are just gonna hate.
Protection basically comes from being cognitive functioning level three and having no repressed memories. This way you're a proper functioning hippie, you enter a hippie neighbourhood everybody's semi-conscious signaling is automatically scanning you, looking at your vibes, seeing how you fit. Unless they're high empath they're not likely to see it consciously.
What did you think, psychological establishment? Keeping this information from the public keeps them safe? If people don't know, they don't know how easy it is to brainwash people they don't know if they're currently brainwashed, everyone's oblivious, everyone's happy, everyone wins. If people knew you could do this, we all know everybody would do this to everybody at all times because we all know we're all of level two cognitive functioning. Well, again, I figured it out for you society, just like with drug laws I figured out how to handle this for you as a person on the evil other side of this legality, teach people what it is, how it works, how your vulnerable, then make it illegal.
